Nitrogen Membranes
Typical uses of GENERON® membranes for other applications include:
- Laboratory gas for purging
- Tire filling
- Pharmaceutical and electronics inert processing and storage
- Diving gases
- Nitrogen fumigation of contained environments

Nitrogen Generation Systems

Military
Nitrogen is often used as a high pressure gas in pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders used in the moving aviation equipment, for blanketing headspace in fuel tanks (OBIGG) and for purging guidance systems in tanks and ships, as well as tire filling.
Fumigation
NITROSWING® systems have been used for fumigation to rid environments of insects and microorganisms. The nitrogen displaces the oxygen and reduces it to levels that do not sustain the pests.
