GENERON® IGS announces its patented High Ambient Portable Nitrogen Production Unit.

The GENERON® is synonymous with the most advanced Nitrogen Membrane Technology in the world. Now in its third generation, the GENERON® Nitrogen Membrane Module, at the heart of the process, is the most efficient, reliable Nitrogen generating hollow fiber membrane module commercially available.

With the ever increasing use of Nitrogen worldwide in the Oil and Gas, Marine and Industrial markets, the ambient conditions that these units will operate at has steadily broadened to meet demand. The most demanding of these new requirements is the high ambient temperatures now being requested.

To meet this new requirement, GENERON® has developed and patented a newly designed Nitrogen Production unit capable of operating in ambient temperatures of up to 140° F (60° C). This new design protects the hollow fiber membranes from extreme heat while providing a reliable flow rate of Nitrogen for many applications. The new design will be highlighted at the OTC Convention in Houston in May of 2008.
